Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Rushabh Consultancy. Because we provide professional services rather than physical goods, refunds depend on the work already performed.

1. Cancellation by the client

You may cancel a monthly engagement by giving 15 days’ written notice (email is sufficient). Your final invoice will cover services provided up to the end of the notice period, plus any non-refundable third-party costs incurred on your behalf with your approval.

2. Monthly billing

We invoice at the end of each month for services already provided, so you do not pay in advance for future work. Fees for services already delivered in a completed month are non-refundable, except as described below.

3. Advance payments

If you have paid any amount in advance and the engagement ends before that work is performed, we will refund the unused amount, less any bank or payment processing charges.

4. Defective deliverables

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, we will first fix it at no extra charge. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will offer a partial or full refund for that deliverable.

5. Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel an engagement, we will give written notice, hand over all completed work, and refund any amount paid for work not yet performed.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or bank account, in the original currency where possible.
